Submission Requirements

Submit in either Microsoft Word or PDF format the following as three separate documents:

1. Key Information and Abstract of Proposal (PDF -64kB)
2. Background and Methods (PDF - 60kB) -- 20 Page Limit -- References do not count toward the 20-page limit. Figures or tables may elaborate the application text and do not count toward the 20-page limit.
3. Budget, Budget Justifications, and Biographical Sketches (PDF - 60kB) of Investigators and Key Staff.
   
   *NOTE: *Submit no other documents than these three. Other documents submitted will not be retained by the Program Development Center and will not be read by reviewers.
   
   
4. Submit documents by Email to pfp@unc.edu
5. When submitting, please replace [PI Last Name] in each of the three document labels with the last name of the Principal Investigator, e.g., if the PI’s last name is “Jones,” then “[PI Last Name] Key Info and Abstract” would become “Jones Key Info and Abstract.”
6. Deadline for submission is SEPTEMBER 1, 2008.
